Carleton installed 355 student bedrooms from June to September 2008 working with appointed contractor BAM Construction. All rooms were fitted out with bespoke light oak veneered furniture ensuring the furniture would meet the University’s multi use requirements – the residential facilities are also rented out as hotel accommodation outside term time.
